Summary

The UX/UI Designer involves applying Design thinking and UX/UI services to develop and refine a range of digital solutions. The designer will work collaboratively across functions to ideate, create, and manage end-to-end (E2E) services that enhance user experience and contribute to the company’s strategic goals

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Design intuitive UIs for web and mobile applications within the healthcare domain.
  • Conduct extensive user research to understand the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide your design process.
  • Prototype interactive design solutions and validate them through user testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Ensure all designs meet international standards for accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
  • Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
  • Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve design-related issues.
  • Manage the design library and ensure all assets are organized and up-to-date.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into design decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on healthcare applications.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a breadth of design work across various platforms.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • History of successful project management and delivery of design initiatives.
  • Continuous education or certification in design-related fields is a plus.
