Summary

In line with overall product strategy, the Medical Lead is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Area, providing scientific information, helping design & organise clinical studies, building educational dialogue with ME and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of conducting and publishing high-quality research in the field of hematology.
  • Strong knowledge of hematologic diseases and their underlying mechanisms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to determine the most effective research approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious research goals.
  • Strict adherence to ethical guidelines and regulations governing clinical research.
