Summary

1. Promote Novartis portfolio and services to customers by providing information and education that enables optimized patient outcomes 2. As Novartis aspires to solidify market leadership in innovative medicines space, Solid Tumor TA plays a important role with foundational portfolio such as LC and RLT MR is responsible for sales and operational activities to launch new RLT product(Pluvicto) as well as sales performance of existing LC/TA and RLT products

About the Role

Internal Role Title:  RLT and LC Medical Representative

Location: Seoul, Korea #LI-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for achieving agreed sales, performance target achievement

• For RLT products, responsible for each hospital overall operations of RLT, including but not limited to center opening and referral network building, customer service support, ensure that RLT is reliably applied to patients

• Identify the system from diagnosis to drug prescription and implement tools that can lead to the best treatment outcome for LC/Tissue agnostic patients

• Understanding the new role and creating progressive solutions and outcomes through collaboration with related departments

• Achieve a high-performance in territories

• Updated and required information regarding the market, key competitors’ market data, key accounts etc.

• Serve as a communication bridge from account to sales lead

• Master product and disease knowledge

• Ensure excellency in customer satisfaction and customer services, especially for RLT product

• Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Operates within Novartis compliance, policies and procedure ; and creates that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same

• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours receipt

Essential Requirements:

• Education : University degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and/or economics

• Language : English-fluent, Language of country-fluent
