Summary
About the Role
Work closely with software developers and operations teams to ensure the reliability and uptime of our software applications and infrastructure
Design and implement systems and processes to monitor and improve the reliability and availability of our software applications and systems
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues
Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the timely detection of issues
Work with teams to establish reliability targets and drive continuous improvement efforts
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure
Stay up to date with the latest advances in reliability engineering tools and methodologies, and identify opportunities to improve the reliability and scalability of our systems
Collaborating with internal teams to handle technical issues and improve systems and protocols based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements :
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Industry
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Cloud
Good understanding of networking and system concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to manage and coordinate a distributed team effectively.
Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
