Analyst - Business Analytics

Major accountabilities:

• Review and analyze client requirements, gather an understanding, and document the business workflows, data and/or requirements, and work with the Solution Lead/CPO to design solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations of datasets, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Synthesize finding and analysis into executive presentation that deliver an evidence-based narrative on the topic in focus.
• Responsible for providing Reporting and support.
• Development detailed documentation and specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure Quality and Timely deliveries of regular and Ad-hoc reports.
• Recommend improvement and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent project management capabilities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.

Work Experience:

• 2-5 year of working experience within the Life science industry and good knowledge about its data base with a prior knowledge of Segmentation, Targeting and field force analytics
• Market and customer intelligence understanding
• Good understanding on Sales force analytics KPI, Veeva Data
• Analytics/ research skills
• Patient/client driven with excellent communication skills.

Skills:

• Exponent, NPA, Promotional Audit, L-rx data & VEEVA Data understanding
• Advance Excel, PPT skills to create Dashboards.
• Good Knowledge of ETL tool like Alteryx, Data IKU. Pyhton
• Good Knowledge of Visualization platform like Power BI
• Good Knowledge of VBA and SQL
• Analytica Conceptual understanding (Trending, SWOT analysis, etc)
• Detail oriented to get into the depth of data to drive meaningful observations.
• Writing performance summary
• Business Networking.
• Communication & presentation Skills.
