Project Manager LDC Operations( SAP S4Hana Applications)

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:

• Manage the design, deployment and delivery of projects of medium complexity (determined by budget, timeline and stakeholder), providing IT solutions that meet business requirements. -

• Direct project teams (externals) and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives. -

• Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations.

• Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release. Support the product manager and business leads towards business requirements elicitation.

• Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements, plus the ability to share knowledge, suggest improvements, and confident in delivering insights into business analysis activity.

• Conducting as-is to to-be process map crosswalks and identifying gaps and changes in processes, documenting it as well as aid in institutionalizing. Supports Business Leads in acquiring formal agreement, from a large and diverse range of potentially senior partners and recipients to the business scope and requirements, plus the establishment of a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commence. Ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures. Tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints and collaborate with the partners regularly •

• Creating project schedule reports. Facilitating risk identification sessions with risk owners. Leading and facilitating risk management meetings at the project and program level. Maintaining the quality of risk register content, including risk description and additional risk details. Coordinating with the Training lead to create and administer training and SOP guides for users of a new system and new processes.

• Understand and aid in implementing all areas of IT project management. Performing functional testing and UAT.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical domains

• ·SAP certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas / IT / SAP Project Management

• > 8 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area / Project Management

• Proven experience in SAP S4 HANA and eco-system applications in the following areas for the Pharma and/or Food & Beverage industry

• Knowledge of integration between Operations processes like logistics and manufacturing

• Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships GxP experience
