About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Leads and drives the delivery of strategic initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders to perform systematic analysis of high priority business use cases.
Defines and advocates detailed requirements and solution designs on behalf of business stakeholders to technical teams across Novartis.
Designs solutions that optimally integrate streamlined business process with existing & new system capabilities – ensuring high adoption and customer satisfaction.
Develops and manages implementation roadmap of solution designs, partnering with business and technical teams to iteratively test new system capabilities and business processes.
Responsible for developing go-live communications and training of end users when delivering new solutions.
What you'll bring to the role:
Advanced degree in relevant subject area
Proficiency in English required, verbal and written.
Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, demonstrating deep understanding of the drug discovery and development process.
Demonstrated experience in business and system analysis with ability to translate complex business use cases into solution designs that balance business process and system capabilities resulting in tangible business impact.
Strong strategic thinking to derive approach that can result in development of an initiative roadmap.
Strong application of project management skills to facilitate efficient execution of initiative roadmap.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships cross functionally and ability to influence without authority.
Expert skill in facilitating/optimizing the contribution of diverse stakeholders and initiative team members
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and measure strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
