Summary

Lead the medical strategy for Gene Therapy and Neuroscience, as well as being responsible for the new launches planning.

Work Model: Hybrid

Locality: São Paulo

This role will work directly with the area: IM: Medical Affairs

Key responsibilities:

  • Agile cross-functional collaboration  to  assure we have data to  demonstrate  Novartis products value in our local Healthcare system.
  • Institutions/HCPs providing care understand our innovation and their impact.
  • Clear prioritization of medical activities according to relevance of patient journey hurdles.
  • Facilitating  swarming of resources according to ongoing prioritization efforts.
  • Assuring external impact of our activities is monitored and acted upon.
  • Leading medical talent towards a system-based  strategic skillset being capable of leveraging global/regional efforts but also acting locally when needed.
  • Clear, tailored, and timely approach to team development needs.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with medical launch.
  • Experience  in collaborating  with and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Local data generation to address Brazilian access needs.
  • knowledge of Clinical Research (trial design, execution, analysis, and reporting).
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
