This role will work directly with the area: IM: Medical Affairs
Key responsibilities:
- Agile cross-functional collaboration to assure we have data to demonstrate Novartis products value in our local Healthcare system.
- Institutions/HCPs providing care understand our innovation and their impact.
- Clear prioritization of medical activities according to relevance of patient journey hurdles.
- Facilitating swarming of resources according to ongoing prioritization efforts.
- Assuring external impact of our activities is monitored and acted upon.
- Leading medical talent towards a system-based strategic skillset being capable of leveraging global/regional efforts but also acting locally when needed.
- Clear, tailored, and timely approach to team development needs.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with medical launch.
- Experience in collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams.
- Local data generation to address Brazilian access needs.
- knowledge of Clinical Research (trial design, execution, analysis, and reporting).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
