Commissioning & Qualification Engineer Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Istanbul Kurtköy, Turkey #Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement of logistical processes and standards

• Support for deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) within the area of responsibility

• Share best practices and lessons learned with all locations and global networks

• Ensuring GMP and GDP standards with Novartis national regulations, policies, procedures and standards

• Development, creation and maintenance of GMP and GDP compliance standards and SOPs

• Support for change management

• Coordination, harmonization and standardization of logistics GMP compliance activities, across all departments.

• Presentation of warehouse and logistics during audits and inspections, including the processing of follow-up actions (internal and external) 

Essential Requirements:

• University degree in Supply Chain or any other relevant field

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry

• Previous experience in logistics and/or materials management

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English (good written and spoken skills)

Desired Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management and coordination is an advantage

• German language skills
