About the Role
Major accountabilities:
Responsible for leading and overseeing the management, development, of the content management platform.
Driving operational initiatives, collaborating with vendor partners to meet SLAs and KPIs, and implementing excellence in operations and continuous improvement. Additionally, work with the leadership team to develop strategic plans for the Function, aligning them with the overall Business Strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a unique viewpoint, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure positive end user experiences for all applications within the Documentum platform.
Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures. Lead a team of content management professionals, including developers, administrators, etc.
AI Savvy content management personnel and Cloud knowledge AWS/Azure a key. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions related to Documentum.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the platform. Implement best practices for system administration, monitor system performance, and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operation.
Ensure the security and compliance of the content platform, including implementing access controls, data encryption, and backup and recovery procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
18+ years relevant Enterprise exposure for Cloud/Content experience, from technology or health care center. Hands on in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DEVOPS.
Capability of troubleshooting issues at enterprise level by analyzing network traces and logs. Experience in Architecture decisions based on functional and capacity throughputs for performance improvement
Knowledge and hand-on of CICD and how Documentum application can be deployed via Jenkins, Cloudbees other CICD tools is a must.- Work alongside CICD engineer to script the deployments.
Must have exposure to technology such as IXOS, SAP, Veeva etc
Industry/ Business Exposure. Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional.
Project Management, Interactions with senior management People Leadership and stakeholder management
