Summary
The Senior Specialist QC IT (LIMS Master Data) will be joining the Quality IT Global Team and will be responsible for supporting delivery and operations of LabWare LIMS across all Novartis Operations Sites. In this role, you will work to enable creation, update and deployment of Master Data within the QC and AS&T area for Novartis Operations & Quality.

Senior Specialist QC IT (LIMS Master Data)
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Major accountabilities:
- As part of the Global IT team supporting delivery and operations of laboratory applications, drive solution delivery and implementation of IT applications as standards for Novartis Operations laboratories.
- Partner with Novartis Quality Control personnel to understand the needs and priorities of the business, and to deliver the best solutions possible to meet the needs of the end user.
- Support and maintain governance of Master Data Deployment with regards to efficiency and quality
- Support governance to external partners on Master Data creation, update and deployment activities
- Create/deploy LabWare LIMS Master Data to QC sites across the Novartis Operations network
- Coordinate, prioritise, and manage the deliverables as part of the project implementation team, in alignment with goals and objectives set by management.
- Day-to-day support and engagement with external teams supporting the delivery and operations of the laboratory applications.
- Support vendor management in QC-IT area and monitor vendor's performance
- Support adoption and usage of global LabWare LIMS to ensure consistent usage and value realization; propose adoption improvements and drive resolution of any adoption challenges in collaboration with other IT teams and business
- Address escalations and drive towards resolution in collaboration with other IT teams; manage stakeholder communication
- Support future Digital strategy and long-term roadmap in QC and AS&T area
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Bachelor university degree or higher
- 3-5 years experience in Quality Control area
- 3-5 years experience in LIMS Master Data Building (LabWare experience would be advantageous)
