Summary
The role is externally and internally focus, has a deep understanding of key dynamics on the local market, external models and customers / vendors as well as other functions, such as regulatory, marketing and medical particularities of the key drugs of the franchises.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Leading monthly S&OP, Rolling Forecast, logistics and Distribution activities, Progress on New launches, Slow mover/Non mover items.
- Logistics Management for all products in private and tender market
- Manage and follow up on end-to-end process.
- Maintaining all finished pack products within agreed inventory parameters to ensure continuity of supply to Retail and Institution.
- Ensuring demand analysis and consumption tracking is carried out on behalf of the business.
- Responsible for replenishment planning, execution, and accuracy tracking.
- Leading New Launches for the NPHs keeping all stake holders informed and onboarded for relevant actions and timely launches.
- Distribution effectiveness and availability across Islands.
- Follow up with the NPhS on the orders.
- Review open order book and have a close liaison with finance with respect to coming orders and delays.
- Raise back-order escalations, credit and debit notes.
- Will act as key person for distributors and NPhS for Cyprus and Malta.
- Review and maintain stock in trade at brand and distributor level.
Key performance indicators:
- No stock outs.
- Close liaison with external distributors
- Sales forecast KPI’s
- Optimized Inventories to avoid obsolescence
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration
- Master degree will be considered as asset
- 5-8 years experience in supply chain, demand planning, warehousing and logistics
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Fluency (written and spoken) English & Greek
