Summary

-Manage the design, deployment and delivery of projects of medium complexity (determined by budget, timeline and stakeholder), providing IT solutions that meet business requirements. -Direct project teams (externals) and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives. -Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations. -Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations. Perform scrum master role in Agile IT Products.
  • Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, handling risks and issues and ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
  • Alternatively, may support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
  • Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion.
  • Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed project governance (example: Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
  • Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams, TT Functions and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT fullcycle Project Management
  • Organizing, planning, analyzing stakeholder requirements.
  • Change management experience, developing and delivering presentations, aligning people and resources, and managing across functions and boundaries.
  • Problem solving, budget management and timely decision-making experience.
  • Regulatory Strategy mindset and high quality, financial and management reporting with Stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, project excellence and change management experience.
  • English Fluent.
