We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our digital team, specializing in digital channels. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced team members, gaining valuable hands-on experience in managing complex website migration projects and enhancing our web presence. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to our email marketing efforts by sending mass emails to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in optimizing our web presence and communication strategies, contributing to the overall success of our digital initiatives. Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital team to plan and execute the migration of our HCP facing website.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the newly migrated website, resolving any bug or compatibility issues, and ensuring proper functioning across various browsers and device types.
  • Document the migration process, including detailed procedures and key learnings, to facilitate future website migrations or updates.
  • Assistance in Email Campaign Creation: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using SFMC. This includes email template design, content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling.
  • Journey and Automation Setup: Collaborate with the digital team to set up customer journeys and automated workflows within SFMC. This involves mapping out customer touchpoints, building automation rules, and monitoring their performance to drive engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in analyzing email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. Generate regular reports using SFMC reporting tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Essential requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree, Master degree
  • Languages: English (German and French are a plus)

Desirable requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, website development processes and SFMC is a plus.
  • Basic Understanding of Email Marketing: Familiarity with the fundamental concepts and principles of email marketing, including audience segmentation, campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics related to email campaigns, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is beneficial.
