We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to help us oversee patient data & study-related information at clinical study sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to research protocols, regulations, and good clinical practices. Additionally, providing input for data validation and conducting timely monitoring and auditing activities as needed.

We are inviting candidates from around Poland and with different levels of seniority.

About the Role

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts site selection for potential sites to evaluate their capabilities for conducting a clinical trial
  • Performs site Initiation Visit, ensures site personnel is fully trained on all trial related aspects
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Represents organization on specific projects
  • Contributes to some cost center goals and objectives
  • Is the frontline liaison between Novartis and sites to ensure successful collaboration, site engagement and meeting Novartis expectation on milestone and deliveries
  • Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
  • Distributes marketing samples (where applicable)

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 6 months’ experience in direct site management (monitoring) in a bio/pharma/CRO
  • Proven skills in site management, including management of site performance
  • Full working proficiency in Polish, English and in MS Office applications
  • Ability to travel and a valid driver's license

Desirable Requirements:

  • University Degree in life science or other scientific discipline or apprenticeship in health care
