About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior sponsors and initiative leads to translate key enterprise access & commercial strategy priorities to execution: Collaborates with the Sr. Director VACP, leveraging deep industry expertise to build critical cross-functional alignment on opportunities to accelerate key Access/Commercial Priorities. Serving as an objective strategic thought partner, leveraging best practices and challenging the status quo.
- Provide Project & Program Management and thought partnership to senior leaders to enable Strategy Development and Planning resulting in value creation: Ensure team effectiveness driving key projects and alignment with business objectives meeting identified project timelines.
- Translate big ideas, market challenges, and opportunities into clear, succinct, meaningful messages which shape strategy communicated: Ongoing strategic initiatives across our company as well as new enterprise and cross-divisional initiatives. Work cross-functionally with senior sponsors to refine initiatives and capabilities. Partner and engage with operational leads to drive strategy execution that is needed for the creation and adoption of value and change.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience on Project Management.
- Good understanding of healthcare market trends and current dynamics.
- Ability to coordinate effort of cross-functional teams bringing the right expertise when is needed to develop integrated strategies and value proposition.
- Communication strategy and synthesis ability.
- Fluent English.
