Summary

HEOR and Budget Impact dossier preparation to achieve new product/indication NHIA reim-bursement in a timely manner, while maintaining active engagement with key stakeholders and authorities, while supporting projects in shaping healthcare or reimbursement policies.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Develop, process and execute Value Access and HEOR strategies to accelerate early access and maximize market potential for responsible products.
  • Apply for new product/indication reimbursement in time with expected price.
  • Lead x-functional process in gaining price/ reimbursement for new products and criteria relaxation for indication extension
  • Cooperate with medical/ regulatory affairs to smoothen the registration process in order to accelerate product/indication registration, so as to allow earlies reimbursement
  • Build up partnership with key decision makers.
  • Manage the reimbursement price under the regular DET or off-patent cut environment
  • Conceptual thinking to propose the strategy/ actions by understanding the changing health and pharmaceutical environments
  • Government/ Public communication to shape the healthcare environment by working with CPO or industry association

Key performance indicators:

  • Keep good communication with the government/public to monitor the dynamics of healthcare policies
  • Generate efficient and effective Value Access and HEOR strategies and actions to support business and product LCM

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above majors in pharmacy/public health with health economic background
  • At least 2-year experience in HEOR or Patient Access related field.
  • Number sensitivity, data analysis capability and excel ability is needed.
  • Being agile to change, purpose-driven, willing to support others’ success.
