Summary
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Corporate Strategy team drives high profile, compa-ny-wide strategic initiatives that address the top priorities for the company.

About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Independently drive strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee
- Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distill outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top-level leaders
- Actively contribute to annual strategic planning process
- Invests in knowledge / functional spike on behalf of strategy team
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities to shape the CEO and ECN agenda
- Provide insight into Health Care Systems as our core customer
- Develop network of functional experts and strategy managers across Novartis.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA)
- Proficiency in English required, (spoken and written) with proficiency in other languages a plus.
- Significant experience gained in a top tier consultancy (engagement manager or associate principal level).
- Extensive project and program management experience in strategic projects, ideally in pharma/healthcare with a track record of strong business impact.
- Effective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation, communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in executive level communications.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, to be determined based on business needs.
