About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- People Management
- Define performance expectations; provide leadership and motivation of the distributors and sales forces. Coach, Motivate and develop the distributor and sales forces to con-tinually improve performance.
- Ensure continuity in sales teams in order to strengthen established customer relation-ships and to reinforce promotional activities consistently.
- Provide frequent and consistent coaching for Partnering. Support sales training pro-grams and other capability development initiatives as appropriate.
- Ensure all the new hires by partners being well-trained for the product knowledge and compliance principles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to support partners managing product and policy related changes.
- Facilitate marketing team to work with partners for solving market challenges. - Sales management and Strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with company partners to achieve mutual benefits & brand strategies.
- Communicate the product strategy and key objectives with partners. Monitor business performance and key performance indicators implementation.
- Be knowledgeable of company partners’ market, opportunities and business challenges to provide timely feedback and support to partners.
- Analyze partners’ sales performance and provide inputs in regular business review meeting to support partners achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure sales operations follow key objectives in the contract. Document all the busi-ness review and communication with partners with discipline. - Integrity and Compliance
- Ensure team to follow Integrity & Compliance with all company policies.
- Ensure and lead team work in a diverse, inclusive environment
Key performance indicators:
- Deliver business result through partners (sales achievement, commercial activities etc.).
- Deliver Novartis brand strategies to partners and lead regular business review.
- Add value to the work of filed force of partners, supervise and coach to improve their work capability, method and altitude.
- Closely work with BD manager to ensure partners implement key objectives followed by contracts.
- Spot check to make sure partners compliant with company policy.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in prior role of RSM or NSM.
- Project-led of cross-functions experience and multichannel sales experience is preferred.
- Cross-team project experience with positive feedback and influencing.
- Be accountable, achievement-motivated, and resilient to take challenges, agile to changes or unknown
Languages :
- English.
- Chinese (Mandarin)
