Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Communicate clear Communication strategy and ensure that it is reflected in the part of the organization, in order to protect and enhance Novartis business and reputation.
- Manage the establishment, development and coordination of communication plans inline with strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day strategic and operational business matters.
- Manage the implementation of Communication and Patient Advocacy policies and processes to ensure consistency of Novartis brand position and compliance.
- Strategic Communications & Patient Advocacy across Priority Therapeutic Areas (50%)
- Internal & external Communications with the corporate center (30%)
- Insights, measurement & Impact
- Social Media Management (Corporate Center & Novartis Pharma)
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and/or Communications &/Patient Advocacy within Health industry and/or HC ecosystem, strategic planning and media relations.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines within the science and pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the science or pharmaceutical industry context.
- Curiosity around AI technologies and their application in communications.
- Experience with digital strategy development and campaign management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaboration with external stakeholders, especially patient groups
- English language proficient in written and verbal
