Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Coordinate MES full implementation activities for all products including GMT 3.2 implementation
- Identify problems and prospects by performing independent research and assessing best practices
- Lead inspection readiness of site MES procedures & documents
- Lead the MES team with specific expertise in the field of the assigned area and ensure respective knowledge transfer to the MES team
- Provide expertise knowledge for manufacturing & packaging processes during design, creation, and tests of MES MBRs
- Work with customers to raise new project proposals and mandates
- Support site digital transformation process
- Facilitate new project implementation and lead operation end
- Facilitate discussions to help business anticipate future needs and opportunities
- Facilitate all CAPEX projects related with all production systems
Key performance indicators:
- Lead all production systems (MES (Manufacturing Execution System), SAP, MACO (OAE calculation system), Seidenader (Track & Trace system), AGE (Aggregation system), Historian (Line monitoring and efficiency check system), GISC)
- Responsible for all ongoing activities on MES, SAP, Serialization and aggregation systems
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- BSc. degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Chemistry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of process oriented organization
