Summary
About the Role:
This is a critical role within the EPRM Operations team located in Mexico City. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and streamline the EPRM assessment process for a particular region or country within Novartis. Additionally, the role entails providing comprehensive support and guidance to business owners on various EPRM related matters.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- EPRM assessments resolution.
- Act as a cross-divisional key contact for all questions around EPRM process.
- Deliver relevant data and information for reporting. Possesses good knowledge of the risk management environment
- Perform training facilitation/delivery to relevant stakeholders
- Provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus.
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree
- English (written and spoken)
- SAP/SNOW knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Data Analytics
- Previous TPRM/EPRM experience is a big plus
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving. Time Management
- Cross Cultural Experience Organization Scope. Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies
- Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliable. Adaptability
