Location: Mexico City #Hybrid

About the Role:

This is a critical role within the EPRM Operations team located in Mexico City. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and streamline the EPRM assessment process for a particular region or country within Novartis. Additionally, the role entails providing comprehensive support and guidance to business owners on various EPRM related matters.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • EPRM assessments resolution.
  • Act as a cross-divisional key contact for all questions around EPRM process.
  • Deliver relevant data and information for reporting. Possesses good knowledge of the risk management environment
  • Perform training facilitation/delivery to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • English (written and spoken)
  • SAP/SNOW knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Data Analytics
  • Previous TPRM/EPRM experience is a big plus
  • Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving. Time Management
  • Cross Cultural Experience Organization Scope. Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies
  • Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliable. Adaptability
