About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier transportation, equipment and distribution services and related capacity with existing suppliers and potential future suppliers.
• Support internal day-to-day activities primarily managed by departments, such as scheduling, order management, customers service and quality assurance and by acting as the link into external suppliers.
• Monitor, review and improve supplier performance using performance indicators and metrics, such as on-time pickup and delivery, transport deviation rate, operational issue logs and customer service complaints.
• Carry out transport routing updates according to business needs in terms of service and cost and orchestrate and communicate those changes with order management, procurement and suppliers.
• Handle transport deviations and support change controls in system AGILE and provide timely risk assessments to supply chain quality assurance on logistical topics, where requested.
• Closely collaborate with supplier control tower staff to identify logistical improvements and implement them within the applicable geographies together with partnering functions.
• Act as logistics subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives and projects and represent end-to-end transport and storage activities from raw materials movements and finished product distribution.
• Analytical activities to monitor and control financial and operational KPI’s.
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research preferred.
• Min. 3-5 years logistics and or supply chain experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and supply chain practices and software systems are nice to have, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in speaking / writing in English, additional languages are beneficial (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination skills (managing/working with different suppliers and internal teams).
• Ability to make decisions, attention to detail and forward thinking ability is manadatory.

Vloga Globalni vodja logistike (m/ž/d) upravlja, razvija in vzdržuje interne in eksterne logistične procese za različne programe ter druge specialnosti. Ta vloga predstavlja vmesnik med internimi partnerji in zunanjimi dobavitelji, kot so proizvodnja, razporejanje, upravljanje naročil, poslovne operacije, služba za stranke, zagotavljanje kakovosti, nabava, vsaka funkcija središča, ponudniki prevoznih storitev, upravljavci distribucijskih središč in ponudniki sistema za pošiljanje. Vloga spodbuja transformacijske spremembe z izvajanjem taktičnih pobud in zagotavlja stalna izboljšanja za vsakodnevne logistične operacije z vidika celotnega procesa.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
• Upravljati prevoz, opremo in distribucijske storitve dobaviteljev ter povezane zmogljivosti s trenutnimi dobavitelji in morebitnimi prihodnjimi dobavitelji.
• Podpirati interne vsakodnevne dejavnosti, ki jih v glavnem upravljajo oddelki, kot so razporejanje, upravljanje naročil, služba za stranke in zagotavljanje kakovosti, ter delovati kot povezava z zunanjimi dobavitelji.
• Spremljati, pregledovati in izboljševati uspešnost dobaviteljev z uporabo kazalnikov uspešnosti in metrik, kot so pravočasnost prevzema in dostave, odstopanje pri prevozu, dnevniki operativnih težav in pritožbe strank glede storitev.
• Izvajati posodobitve poti prevoza glede na poslovne potrebe v smislu storitev in stroškov ter upravljati in sporazumevati spremembe s upravljanjem naročil, nabavo in dobavitelji.
• Obvladovati odstopanja pri prevozu ter podpirati kontrole sprememb v sistemu AGILE ter pravočasno opraviti ocene tveganja za zagotavljanje logistične kakovosti oskrbovalne verige, kadar je to zahtevano.
• Tesno sodelovati s strokovnjaki za nadzor dobaviteljev pri identifikaciji logističnih izboljšav in njihovi izvedbi v ustreznih geografskih območjih skupaj s povezanimi funkcijami.
• Delovati kot strokovnjak za logistiko pri presečnih pobudah in projektih ter predstavljati celovite prevozne in skladiščne dejavnosti od premikov surovin do distribucije končnih izdelkov.
• Izvajati analitične dejavnosti za spremljanje in nadzor finančnih in operativnih KPI-jev.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
• Diplomo iz logistike, poslovanja, industrijskega inženirstva ali podobne alternativne smeri.
• Najmanj 3-5 let izkušenj v logistiki in/ali oskrbovalni verigi v mednarodnem okolju.
• Poznavanje farmacevtskih načel in praks oskrbovalnih verig ter programske opreme je zaželeno, vendar ni pogoj.
• Tekoče znanje angleščine, dodatno znanje drugih jezikov je zaželeno (nemščina, francoščina, španščina ipd.).
• Poznavanje Microsoft Officea.
• Močne koordinacijske sposobnosti (upravljanje/sodelovanje z različnimi dobavitelji in internimi ekipami).
• Zmožnost sprejemanja odločitev, pozornost do podrobnosti in sposobnost proaktivnega razmišljanja je obvezna.
