About the Role
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to: .
Lead and coach up to scrum teams in key planning meetings, sprints, retrospectives and reviews. Ensure consistent approach, agile principles and models are tailored to the individual needs
Support the Agile Transformation journey as part of the Agile Transformation team to define and implement a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile
Agree with the Customer on key Agile KPIs for their teams and ensure adherence. Present Agile KPI metrics in governance forums. Coaching Squads/crews/tribes/teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall growth and improvement
Role specific coaching – Product owner, scrum master, facilitator, etc.Works closely with Enterprise Agile coaches to baseline, plan and enhance Agile maturity of their team and conduct periodic assessments to measure Agile maturity
Propagate Agile Practices, Tools – across the business units | Build Agile solutions and frameworks / POVS for different technologies / domain. Help the Scrum Teams to identify the impediments and cross-team dependencies and support the teams with various Agile practices and ceremonies
Facilitate the team alignment, backlog distribution and governance for Distributed teams. Mentor the team to help them adopt Agile practices and execution approach. Help organize and facilitate the implementation of work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos, regular feedback, and self-management
Enhance collaboration within and outside the teams, resolving conflict, remove impediments, and reduce external dependencies. Embrace servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mind-set shifts associated with being Agile. Conduct training for small and large groups on common needs
Keep informed and educated about industry trends concerning agile methodologies
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience demonstrated
Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Agile
Coaching Certifications
Certifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices
Should be able to strategize independently for Agile adoption in a medium size transformation
