About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
• Zagotavljanje strokovne podpore procesom in proizvodnji, z zagotavljanjem pravočasnega in učinkovitega reševanja težav.
• Delovanje kot ekspert za določene tehnologije, izdelke ali tehnične procese, spodbujate kulturo stalnega učenja in razvoja.
• Zagotavljanje, da so vsi proizvodni postopki izvedeni pravočasno, v skladu z dokumentacijo in v skladu z GMP.
• Nadzor in optimizacija procesov in tehnologij na področju USP, DSP in končnih izdelkov.
• Obvladovanje operacij z razumevanjem procesov in procesne opreme.
• Spremljanje procesov: natančno spremljanje procesov, identifikacija trendov in pravočasno ukrepanje v primeru negativnih trendov.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
• Univerzitetna diploma iz mikrobiologije, biotehnologije, farmacevtske tehnologije, kemije, farmacije ali druge ustrezna strokovne smeri. Zaželen je magisterij ali enakovredne izkušnje.
• Aktivno znanje angleščine in slovenščine.
• Poznavanje orodij MS Office.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Your key responsibilities:
• Provide expert support to processes and production, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Acting as an expert in specific technologies, products or technical processes, you foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensuring that all manufacturing processes are carried out on time, according to documentation and in accordance with GMP.
• Control and optimise processes and technologies in USP, DSP and finished products.
• Managing operations through understanding of processes and process equipment.
• Process monitoring: accurate monitoring of processes, identification of trends and timely action in case of negative trends.
Minimum requirements:
• BSc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience.
• Active knowledge of English and local language.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
We offer permanent employment with 6 months of probation period.
