Head Enterprise Functions DDIT M&A

Key Responsibilities:  

• Technology Strategy for M&A: Lead a team that drives as-is IT landscape assessment and builds to-be including data, disposition types, roadmaps, capability mapping. Liaise with BAU architects in APD and Functions to apply and implement EA principles. Provide high level architectures, eval tech of legacy apps, have insights into technology trends for M&A and design scalable and secure systems for M&A, align M&A IT strategy with business goals

• Data/ Application Migration Factory for M&A:  Based on to-be analysis of M&A technology strategy, lead the activities to coordinate between application managers led by Architecture Platforms and Data (APD), BFFs and Infrastructure Migration Factory in IES responsible for provisioning of required infrastructure.

• Be an integrator between multiple business and DDIT teams to ensure smooth delivery and quality of M&A Deals.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure the right business and technical capabilities are incorporated into the solution with an appropriate scaling model for future increases in capacity.

• Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of the holistic solution architecture design.

• Contribute and ensure adherence to Enterprise standards, Architecture Governance (e.g. architecture methods, tools, practices and standards) for DDIT, supporting the Architecture Governance team / Community of Practice -Ensure overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.

• Support business partners when discussing with the business topics related to technology architecture -Ensure adherence to ISC, Legal, ethics and other compliance policies and procedures in defining architecture standards, patterns, and solutions.

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience with proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise UT landscapes and relationships

• Track record delivering global M&A deals at scale.

• Effectively lead large and/or diverse multi-functional teams.

• Ability to collaborating across boundaries

• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a large scale matrix environment.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture

• Experience in IT Governance, IT management, IT portfolio management

• Strong leadership skills in complex matrix environment
