Summary

The Technology Integration Product Director UAM is a strategic and a leadership role having impact across GCO to collaborate with functions like SSO, CDO and PSP for driving value from integrated access management practice – including both change in process and technologies. In partnership with ISC/DDIT (Internal & External Technology partner), this role is accountable for enforcement, maintenance, and implementation of access management technologies in GCO like central active directory management tools such as APS or SSO technologies for Single-Sign-On with the aim to improve access management capabilities for GCO. In line with enterprise-wide unified access management strategy, this role is accountable to build, execute and maintain a GCO wide cross-functional access management roadmap and service strategy encompassing • Identity Management • Authentication Management • Access Entitlement • Access Termination • Access Review • Authorization Management

About the Role

Role Title: Technology Integration Product Director – Access Management

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Co-designs the Enterprise Unified Access Management transformation with inputs from GCO
  • Define the GCO-specific strategy and multi-year roadmap for UAM product in close collaboration with SIT LT, Business and ISC/IT aligned with enterprise-wide UAM
  • Single point of contact in GCO for all Access Management related topics, including SPOC for Inspections and Audits
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the UAM Product and lead the UAM product releases
  • Conduct periodic reviews of current practices and operations to ensure compliance with strategic direction and highlight and rectify any anomalies
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders in the best use of the UAM product

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or computer science required. Advanced Degree in scientific or business preferred
  • 15+ years overall experience and 5+ years relevant experience in access management
  • Strategic thinking and design
  • Profound understanding to design and execute various aspects of Access Management Strategies
  • Good understanding of GCP and relevance of Access Management for compliant execution of clinical trials in Development
  • Good understanding of Technologies for IAM, Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, API management, Federation and SAML and Directory Services.
  • Good understanding of best-practice access management processes in Industry
  • Proficient in security frameworks and risk management
  • Proven track record in working across a matrix organization and demonstrates expert skills in building partnerships, negotiating agreements; excels at collaboration with diverse internal and external organizations.
  • Strong decision making and influencing skills with ability to work with across the board with senior business and technology partners
