Responsable de establecer e implementar un plan de ventas / negocios para una base de clientes designada o la implementación de un programa de ventas específico para apoyar de manera efectiva el viaje del paciente y posicionar adecuadamente a Novartis y sus marcas.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities

Ensure product availability
Administration of product inventories in key accounts
Assist PIMS team with the follow up of the patients or HCPs enrolled in the support programs
Stakeholder management within every account in territory:
Hospital Director
Administrative directors
Division Heads
Service Heads
Supply Departments
Purchasing Departments
Pharmacy
Analyze the market trends to define a plan of proactive promotion
Identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the business to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales
Understand patient journey and the role of each medical specialty in the treatment of patients
Promote the product with HCPs based on the key messages defined by marketing team
Provide professional clinical support to customers
Handle customer or HCP questions regarding the products
Having approach with Payers and Prescribers trough digital platforms

Experiences:

2 years as insurance agent with a proven record of sales performance.
Knowledge of the health care system and its changing environment.
Selling skills in an account development role.
Therapy class background
