In this role you will: - provide expert support to superiors in BPA as well as insightful and value added analysis and decision support to Site Proximity Finance Lead and the management of the production unit (PU) or quality unit (QA) of a Making Medicine production site; - you shall provide financial and administrative support to company organizations regarding BPA programs; - you will act in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives, while we make sure you feel energized, motivated and good in your new role! About the Role

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Sodelovanje s finančnimi ekipami, z namenom pridobivana zahtev in določanje področja za avtomatizacijo in digitalizacijo.

  • Načrtovanje, razvijajnje in vzdrževanje avtomatiziranih rešitev, aplikacije po meri in nadzorne plošče z uporabo Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SAP Scripts, Alteryx in drugih avtomatiziranih rešitev, ki bodo podpirale finančne operacije in odločanje.

  • Testiranje in izvajanje rešitev ter zagotavljanje, da izpolnjujejo zahteve in zagotavljajo pričakovane rezultate.

  • Zagotavljanje točnosti, doslednosti in celovitosti podatkov v vseh avtomatiziranih procesih in orodjih za poročanje.

  • Dokumentiranje procesov in zagotovavlkanje usposabljanja finančnih ekip o novih avtomatiziranih rešitvah.

  • Identifikacija priložnosti za izboljšanje procesov in avtomatizacijo v okviru finančnega poslovanja.

  • Nenehno ocenjevanje in izboljševanje procesov ter biti na tekočem s tehnologijami za avtomatizacijo in najboljšimi praksami.

  • Podpora drugih finančnih dejavnosti (proračun, LO, LF, strateško načrtovanje), odločanje in splošni projekti.

  • Zagotavljanje, da se tekoča poslovna uspešnost ustrezno spremlja in meri, ter spodbujanje zgodnjega opozarjanja za preusmeritev virov s poslovnimi partnerji (vodja PU, vodja QA, upravljanje mesta).

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Diploma iz ekonomije, po možnosti poslovne informatike, računalništva ali sorodnega področja. Ustrezni certifikati (npr. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, SAP certifikati) so plus.

  • Izkušnje s finančnim poslovanjem in dobro poznavanje finančnih procesov in nalog.

  • Obvladanje Power BI za analizo in vizualizacijo podatkov. Strokovno znanje na področju Power Automate za avtomatizacijo poteka dela in optimizacijo procesov. Prikazane izkušnje pri gradnji aplikacij po meri z uporabo Power Apps.

  • Napredno znanje Microsoft Excela, vključno z VBA za ustvarjanje in upravljanje makrov. Poznavanje načel upravljanja s podatki in izkušnje z SQL za poizvedovanje po bazah podatkov. Izkušnje s SAP in QlikSense so koristne.

  • Močne analitične sposobnosti in veščine reševanja problemov, sposobnost prevajanja poslovnih zahtev v tehnične specifikacije in obratno z odličnimi sposobnostmi komunikacije in sodelovanja.

  • Prilagodljivost za prilagajanje spreminjajočim se poslovnim potrebam in zahtevam. Sposobnost hitrega učenja novih orodij in tehnologij po potrebi.

  • Proaktiven pristop k prepoznavanju priložnosti za izboljšave in implementacijo inovativnih rešitev.

  • Močan občutek lastništva in odgovornosti za kakovost in učinkovitost zagotovljenih rešitev. Velika pozornost do podrobnosti za zagotavljanje točnosti pri obdelavi podatkov in poročanju.

Major accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and identify areas for automation and digitalization.
  • Design, develop and maintain automated solutions, custom applications and dashboards using Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SAP Scripts, Alteryx and other automated solutions, that will support finance operations and decision-making.
  • Test and implement solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and deliver expected results.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all automated processes and reporting tools.
  • Document processes and provide training to finance teams on new automated solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, staying up-to-date with automation technologies and best practices.
  • Support other financial activities (Budget, LO, LF, Strategic Planning), decision making and general projects.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners (PU Head, QA Head, Site management).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, preferably Business Informatics, Computes Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, SAP certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience in finance operations and a strong understanding of financial processes and tasks.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization. Demonstrated experience in building custom applications using Power Apps.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA for creating and managing macros. Knowledge of data management principles and experience with SQL for database querying. Experience with SAP and QlikSense are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and effectiveness of delivered solutions. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting.
