About the Role
During this internship in IMI-Human B cell repertoire the successful candidate will work in close collaboration with her/his/their mentor on:
Characterizing anti-drug antibody responses in human sera derived from a clinical study and sera from post-clinical time point. Study the B cell repertoire coming from former clinical study participants for their anti-drug response.
Preferred start date : March 3rd, 2025
Latest start date: April 1st, 2025
Duration: 7 months

Key responsibilities:
- Applying immunological methods (e.g. ELISA and FACS sorting).
- Handling and culture of cell lines and human primary cells.
- Molecular biological techniques (e.g. PCR).
- Perform experimental data analysis and present scientific interpretations in internal lab meetings.
- Maintain familiarity with recent project relevant scientific and technical literature, as well as documentation of experiments.
Essential requirements:
- Education: Master degree (recently completed within the last 6 months) in Life Sciences, Biology, Molecular Medicine, Biotechnology or related disciplines.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team with diverse immunological project breath.
Experience/Professional requirements:
- Basic laboratory skills
- General knowledge in immunology
- Experience in primary cell culture and immunological methods
